Workmanship & guarantees2 years

Built properly.
Made to last.

Short answer

Every deck, patio and patio cover we build in Dublin comes with a 2-year workmanship guarantee. If something fails because of how we installed it, we come back, inspect it and put it right at no extra cost. Materials carry their own manufacturer warranties, which we explain in writing with your quote.

Why it mattersPay once

Not something you want
to pay for twice.

Nobody wants to pay for a deck or patio twice. You want it to look right, feel solid underfoot and get through a lot of Irish winters.

I won’t promise that timber never moves, that the rain will stop or that a garden stays brand new forever. What I can promise is that I take the work seriously, use materials that suit the job and stand behind what I build.

What you can count onEvery job

Four promises.
All in writing.

  • 2-year workmanship guaranteeCovers defects caused by how the work was done: a frame that sinks or moves, fixings that work loose, paving that lifts because of the base. We inspect it and put it right at no extra cost.
  • Manufacturer warranties, in writingComposite boards, porcelain and patio-cover systems carry their own manufacturer warranties; for some composite boards that is 25 years or more, depending on the brand and product. Your quote names the product, its warranty and the care it expects.
  • Installed to the manufacturer’s instructionsJoist spacing, gaps, fixings and ventilation as the manufacturer specifies, so their warranty stays valid.
  • Written price before we startScope, materials and price agreed in writing. Any change is agreed before it happens, not added at the end.

What you don’t see
matters most.

Over 20 years in Dublin teaches you what rain, damp ground and changing temperatures do to outdoor work. So drainage, ventilation, foundations and fixings come first.

The things you don’t see are usually the things that decide how long it lasts.

After the jobStill here

We’re here
after we leave.

A job doesn’t stop mattering when the tools go back in the van. If something isn’t right, call or message me. I’ll listen, come and have a look, and we’ll agree a fair fix.

I’d rather have that conversation than leave you wondering who to call.

Doing a job properly is easier than coming back to fix a bad one. I care about the small details, because that’s how I’d want it done in my own garden.
